80 day obsession is Beachbody's newest fitness program! When I first heard the name of this program I will be honest I was a bit thrown off. But Don't let the name turn you away. Its OKAY to be obsessed about the health and well being of YOU! This is a streamable workout program. That allows you to workout from the comfort of your own home. It offers 80 completely different workouts so you will never see the exact same day twice!
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE PROGRAM:
The workouts range from 35- 60 minutes 6 days a week.
Three phases each adding a extra level of difficulty allowing you to never get stuck in a plateau
Timed portion control nutrition. NO counting calories or measuring food. Its all done for you!
